At Comma Football, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please note that personalized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
